Dorothy LaCombe is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner in Clifton Park. She began her career in health care working as a nurses aid in the capital region. Since that time she has acquired nearly 20 years of experience in patient care. In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Dorothy has an outstanding academic background which includes obtaining her Bachelors in Nursing from Russell Sage College, Masters in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Russell Sage College, Board Certification as an NP through the ANCC, Advanced MS training with MS board certification, and Courses from American College of Rheumatology for Advanced Practitioners. Dorothy has numerous years experience in the field of both Neurology and Rheumatology, which includes certifications in these specialties. Dorothy's areas of interest include patients with rheumatic diseases, fibromyalgia, and Saratoga migraine management. Dorothy and her husband John currently reside in Waterford New York. She enjoys hiking, weekend getaways, and playing with her dogs.

John attended Hudson Valley Community College and has been working in Rheumatology for the past seven years. John has in-depth knowledge of the practice including prior authorizations, co-pay assistance, and infusions. John believes that in any practice the patient should be the priority to all staff members. John has taken many courses through the American College of Rheumatology and is a current member of the National Organization of Rheumatological Managers. John enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Dorothy and his two children John and Kristina.

Danielle is a dedicated employee with 6 years of healthcare experience. She acquired her Bachelors of Science degree at Marlboro College in Vermont. Seeing patients leave the office with a smile and a renewed feeling of hope is what drives her to keep working hard for patients. She resides in Waterford with her dog and two cats and enjoys music and the company of friends.

Kristina is a Registered Professional Nurse. She received her Bachelor's Degree in 2019 from Russell Sage College. She is thrilled to join the family's tradition of a career in nursing.

John has five year's experience as a Medical Assistant. He most recently worked at the Vascular Group.

Kristen has over 20 years experience directly in Rheumatology.

Pam Shroh-Sammons is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner in Clifton Park. She began her career in healthcare working as a pharmacy technician in Middleburgh and at Albany Med. She has 6 years experience as a critical care nurse. She obtained her RN at Maria College, Bachelors in Nursing from Excelsior, and Master of Science degree from Russell Sage College as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She is Board Certified as an NP through the ANCC. Pam's area of interest include patients with rheumatic diseases. Pam currently resides in Selkirk, NY with her 2 dogs. She enjoys trying new locally owned restaurants and breweries, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her 2 rescue dogs.

Songye is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Clifton Park. She began her career in health care working as a patient care technician at Albany Medical Center. She received her Bachelor's in Nursing from Russell Sage College and her Master's in Nursing from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in 2025. She is Board-Certified as an NP through the ANCC. In her free time, she helps manage her family's Taekwondo business. Taekwondo has been an integral part of her life. When she's not doing Taekwondo or rheumatology, you can find her reading, relaxing, and hanging out with her family and friends.
